This is the perfect role for a marketing professional who wants to work across diverse digital channels, shape brand storytelling, and collaborate with teams across Europe.
About the Role
As a Marketing Executive, you'll support the Head of Marketing and Marketing Lead in delivering multi‐channel campaigns that drive engagement, brand consistency, and measurable results.
You will work in a fast‐paced environment and contribute to digital-first marketing strategies, from campaign planning to reporting and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute and support multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, POS, website, print).
* Create compelling content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing assets.
* Drive a digital-first approach, analysing KPIs and ROI to improve future activities.
* Manage marketing briefs from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and accuracy.
* Collaborate closely with European marketing teams for integrated campaign planning.
* Oversee internal and external communications to maintain brand consistency.
* Coordinate with agencies and partners for creative development and media placements.
* Ensure physical and digital marketing collateral is kept up to date.
What You Bring
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar.
* Minimum 2 years of marketing experience with proven campaign delivery.
* Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media, and modern marketing tools.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Highly organised, detail‐oriented, creative, and proactive.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and re‐prioritise when needed.
* Experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, and email automation (advantage).
* Confident working in international teams.
* Fluency in German and English is a must.
