Your contribution to something big: As part of our Center of Engineering development team, you will drive mechanical product development through simulation-driven design and engineering excellence.
Working in a cross-functional, international environment, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative, cost-optimized solutions validated through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and rigorous testing.
Your responsibilities will include: Designing and developing mechanical components and assemblies from concept to releasePerforming static and dynamic FEA simulations to validate design performanceCreating 3D CAD models, detailed technical drawings, and engineering documentationConducting tolerance analysis (2D, 3D, statistical) to ensure manufacturability and fitWriting technical reports and presenting findings for design reviews and decision-makingCollaborating with testing teams and managing the build and validation of prototypesSupporting cost optimization efforts through comparison studies and design iterationSpecifying materials and applying GD&T principles aligned with manufacturing processesCreating and maintaining component specifications and Bills of Materials (BOM)Applying engineering best practices like FMEA, DRBFM, and risk managementWhat distinguishes you: Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience: Preferably 5+ years of experience in mechanical product development and simulation
Know-how Strong expertise in FEA (Static & Dynamic) and simulation software (preferably ANSYS, Siemens NX Nastran)Proficiency with CAD software (preferably Siemens Unigraphics/NX) and PLM tools (Teamcenter)Experience in material selection, tolerance analysis, and manufacturing process integrationSolid understanding of engineering methods such as FMEA, DRBFM, and root cause analysisLanguages: Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
