Main Tasks and Responsibilities
* Defining the project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders;
* Developing a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation;
* Coordinating cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers;
* Managing the project budget and resource allocation efficiently with support from a program PMO, and collecting and analyzing feedback on the MVP to inform future developments;
* Applying business expertise regarding European Insurance Regulation (Solvency 2, Solvency Capital Requirements - SCR);
* Conducting MVPs, engaging with business experts from Solvency 2 and Finance, and liaising with CxO and direct report stakeholders.
Profile
* Degree in Computer Science or similar;
* At least 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role;
* Expertise in solvency processes and technical frameworks related to economic capital;
* Experience with Data or Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is valued;
* Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or MS Project;
* Proactive problem-solving skills, adaptability, and resilience in managing complexities;
* Ability to manage large-scale programs in complex environments;
* Fluency in English (C1 level) is mandatory; fluency in French is valued.
