? General professional experience:At least 15 years' experience in the transport sector (Minimum requirement).
? Specific professional experience:At least 12 years of advisory or delivery experience on urban transport infrastructure and services projects (Minimum requirement).
Specific knowledge and experience in the preparation of CBA analyses for public transport projects, as demonstrated by the expert's involvement in at least 5 different projects of the kind in the expert's CV (Minimum requirement).
Specific knowledge and experience in the preparation of financial models for public transport projects, as demonstrated by the expert's involvement in at least 5 different projects of the kind in the expert's CV (Minimum requirement).
