We're looking for an IT Project Manager ready to take on one of the most exciting challenges in the automotive industry!
What will you do?
* Lead and manage multiple concurrent SaaS programs focused on Android Automotive solutions for embedded Apps Market & App deployment in car infotainment.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, implementation, and post-launch stabilization.
* Collaborate with internal development, QA, App delivery, infrastructure, and UX teams to ensure customizations and integrations meet business requirements.
* Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners to onboard external applications and ensure compatibility with our SaaS platform.
* Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, track deliverables, and identify risks and mitigation strategies.
* Ensure technical documentation, training materials, and handovers are completed for clients and internal support teams.
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders through status reports, dashboards, and meetings.
* Champion project management best practices and continuous improvement efforts.
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
* 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years managing SaaS implementation projects.
* Proven experience with software customization projects and third-party API/application integrations.
* Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project or others)
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
* PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.
* Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in English is a must.
Nice to have
* Experience in the B2B SaaS, Android ecosystem or enterprise software space.
* Familiarity with common enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and ITSM platforms.
* Understanding of APIs, webhooks, SSO, and middleware integration patterns.
* Understanding of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, MOST) is a plus.
