Job Description
* Key Responsibilities:
* Process vendor bills (invoices from suppliers) accurately and efficiently.
* Manage employee expense reports in NetSuite.
* Perform ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required.
* Apply knowledge of Portuguese VAT where applicable.
* Securely work with customers' sensitive information.
* Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent Communication Skills:
* English and Portuguese skills at least C1 level for both spoken and written communication.
* Prior Experience:
* Prior experience in accounting, particularly in Accounts Payable.
* Technical Skills:
* Experience with accounting or ERP tools.
* Familiarity:
* Familiarity with Portuguese VAT.
* Team Player:
* Willingness to collaborate with a third-party tax provider.
* Adaptability:
* Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
* Attention to Detail:
* Strong attention to detail.
* Proactive Approach:
* Proactive and self-motivated approach.
