Our Moving, Fairs & Events division is looking for a Operational Technician to join the team As the central point of contact for customers and partners, you'll orchestrate comprehensive logistics operations with precision, agility, and top-tier service. This includes international coordination across all transport modes, customs procedures, onsite logistics, and real-time communication with a wide network of professionals—from agents and carriers to fairground logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily coordination of complete logistics solutions, including multimodal transport, onsite support, and customs handling.
2. Manage schedules and service arrangements with carriers, vendors, agents, and customs brokers.
3. Handle customs clearance documentation.
4. Validating and overseeing costs with suppliers and logistics partners.
5. Request invoice issuance and dispatch invoices to clients.
6. Maintaining consistent communication with customers to ensure high-quality service.
7. Willingness to travel internationally 2 to 4 times per year for onsite support at fairs and events.
8. Availability to remain reachable during operational execution of projects, including weekends.
Requirements:
9. Minimum 3–5 years' experience in international freight forwarding or transport logistics.
10. Understanding of customs regulations is a plus.
11. Preferably with educational background in logistics, international trade, supply chain, or related fields.
12. Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.
13. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
14. Customer-oriented mindset and adept problem-solver.
15. Excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.
16. Team spirit: supportive, communicative, and proactive.
