Key Responsibilities
This is a hybrid role combining operations, product ownership, customer success, marketing, and executive support tasks.
* Operations: Support day-to-day processes, including customer support, marketing, financial processes, and internal reporting.
* Product Ownership: Develop and manage our interview preparation solution, gather customer feedback, and shape product improvements.
* Customer Success & Sales: Liaise with customers and account managers, run product demos, and identify upsell opportunities.
* Executive Support: Assist the Managing Director with planning, organisation, and operational tasks.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you'll need to have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with similar roles or industries is an added advantage.
