Job Overview
As a Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Housekeeping department. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Verify guest room status and communicate it to the Front Desk in a timely manner
* Inspect guestrooms on a daily basis and maintain a high level of cleanliness
* Inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies and support an effective inspection program
* Manage staffing levels to meet operational needs and financial objectives
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field required. Alternatively, a 2-year degree from an accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, or business administration may be considered without prior work experience.
