About the Project

As Account Manager Cyber Security, you'll join an experienced yet agile team, reporting to a commercial director with extensive partner management expertise.
Responsibilities & Areas of Impact
* Cultivate high-value partnerships for market expansion
* Develop and empower sales teams to exceed objectives
* Monitor sales KPIs, identify trends to implement strategies for continuous growth
* Establishing telephone and sales support project for external/internal partners
o Implement best practices and define success strategies
o Provide expert in-house support to empower partners
o Ongoing HR training and processes
* Executive-level client engagement & sales enablement
o Engage C-suite and support sales representatives via TEAMS or in person
o Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate compelling product demonstrations and in-depth technical discussions (not your direct responsibility)
o Support the sales and pre-sales department in crafting bespoke proposals
* Dynamic partnership management
o Inspire and empower existing partners
o Facilitate seamless partner-customer communication
o Design trust-building tools and processes that enhance sales
o Navigate and resolve potential conflicts with partners
Your Profile
* Previous professional experience in developing and executing commercial strategies
* Leadership skills within commercial teams
* Proven track record in driving revenue growth/profitability
* High capacity for structuring and compiling data and resilience to obtain and present information
* Ability to critically examine management information and identify anomalies or areas of opportunity
* High digital skills and adaptability to different platforms (internal and external), as well as to present your business presentation, if necessary
* Autonomy and results-oriented with a focus on achieving commercial targets
