WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll join the Product, Practice & Knowledge (PPK) group in our AI, Insights, and Solutions (AIS) practice.
Within AIS, the Strategy & Operations team functions as the general management office for the business—working closely with AIS leadership to shape growth strategy, ensure operational excellence, and drive commercial performance.
You'll collaborate with regional affiliates, industry experts, and product leaders to provide data and insights that enable Practice Leadership to shape and scale impact across Bain's client base.
WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As an Operations Senior Analyst, you'll be a critical member of the Global & Operations team within the AIS Practice.
You'll support strategic planning and operational responsibilities, engaging closely with senior practice leaders.
From budgeting to reporting to commercial pipeline tracking, you'll help build and streamline scalable systems that support decision-making and enable growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead business performance support the global planning and budgeting process
- Design and execute scalable reporting models using advanced analytics and AI tools
- Prepare executive-level materials for leadership meetings and client discussions
- Track affiliate contributions and support performance and staffing decisions
- Coordinate and develop operations content practice and calls
- Support commercial pipeline and priority client tracking, and prepare related materials
- Deliver select ad hoc analytics and contribute to special projects
- Collaborate effectively across practices to ensure smooth coordination and execution
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Highly organized with strong to detail
- Advanced analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
