Delivery Team – Introduction
Our Delivery team is responsible for turning plans into outcomes.
We work at the intersection of people, process and execution to ensure work moves forward smoothly, efficiently and with purpose.
From coordinating cross-functional initiatives to preparing and dispatching critical equipment, delivery roles focus on clarity, accountability and quality at every step.
We remove obstacles, connect teams and make sure commitments turn into results — on time and to a high standard.
Location
Weekly rotation between Caldas da Rainha 1, Caldas da Rainha 2 and Leiria Facilities.
On-site presence
2 days per week in Caldas da Rainha1, 2 days per week in Leiria and 1 day per week in Caldas da Rainha2; this may be adapted depending on workload.
The Role
As a Delivery Technician, you are the final checkpoint before our technical solutions reach logistics.
You ensure that equipment is accurate, fully traceable and ready for dispatch, bridging technical preparation and logistics execution.
You bring structure, precision and order to the delivery process — keeping warehouses organized, documentation flawless and handovers smooth.

What You'll Do
Validate & Prepare Equipment for Delivery
Receive equipment that has completed technical preparation and is ready for shipment.
Perform physical inspections to confirm configuration, documentation and delivery readiness.
Flag discrepancies early and coordinate with technical teams to resolve them quickly.
Ensure Traceability & Documentation
Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking of all received and dispatched equipment.
Log, tag and document items using tools such as JIRA and Microsoft platforms (Dynamics, Excel, OneDrive, Teams).
Ensure full traceability in line with internal standards and audit requirements.
Coordinate Handover to Logistics
Act as the handover point between technical teams and logistics.
Schedule timely transfers based on delivery timelines and shipping windows.
Ensure all required documentation is complete and ready for shipment.
Manage Warehouse Organization
Keep the Delivery Team's warehouse area clean, organized and efficient.
Maintain proper storage conditions to protect equipment integrity.
Perform regular inventory checks and audits to ensure system accuracy.
What You Bring
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience using inventory and traceability tools (JIRA, Microsoft tools, or similar)
Ability to work effectively with technical and logistics teams
Comfort in a hands-on, operational environment
Experience with warehouse operations and/or technical equipment handling is a plus
Portuguese mandatory; English a plus
