We are looking for an experienced professional to design, analyze, and implement solutions in Customer Engagement.
Job Description
Minimum experience required:
* 5+ years as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
* Strong expertise in Customer Engagement and Customer Service modules.
* Knowledge of Marketing and Field Service modules is a plus.
* Experience in preparing detailed functional specification documentation.
* Experience analyzing business processes and translating requirements into solutions.
* Experience designing and implementing solutions.
It Is Mandatory That You
* Have excellent communication skills with clients and diverse stakeholders.
* Already live in Portugal.
Responsibilities
* Analyze business processes and design Dynamics 365 solutions.
* Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
