Role Overview We're looking for a highly skilled and hands-on performance marketing manager, with extensive knowledge and experience in mVAS, mobile products and subscriptions, to join our digital marketing team at SayHi.
This is not just a campaign management role — we need someone who has a wealth of knowledge in the mVAS space and can build and scale high-performing acquisition campaigns end-to-end across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Instagram.
You'll be responsible for: - Designing campaign strategies - Building and launching campaigns from scratch - Managing budgets and scaling winners - Driving down CPAs and increasing LTVs - Transferring expertise (IP) into our team to help us scale faster If you've run your own ad accounts, grown digital products from zero, and are obsessed with performance data — we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities · Build and launch full-funnel paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Instagram · Own end-to-end performance of campaigns (setup, audience, bidding, creative strategy, scaling) · Monitor daily performance and optimize towards CPA, ROAS, and LTV goals · Perform A/B testing across creative, copy, audience segments, and landing pages · Provide weekly performance analysis and insights to internal stakeholders · Research competitor strategies and explore new channel opportunities · Create repeatable campaign frameworks, reporting templates, and SOPs to scale digital efforts · Advise on tracking, attribution, and analytics improvements Requirements Minimum 2 years e xperience in mVAS, mobile products and subscription funnels is a must.
Applicants without mVAS experience will not be considered Additional requirements · 3–5+ years of experience building and managing paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok is a must · Proven ability to scale campaigns with performance KPIs (e.G
