This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbra for an Operations Manager.
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows. The role involves coordinating with various teams, managing resources, implementing operational policies, and optimizing processes to improve productivity and quality.
Additionally, the Operations Manager will be responsible for budget management, supporting sales efforts, brand management and social media, and the application and management of funding programs. The ideal candidate will also foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational planning
• Support sales efforts and assist in business development initiatives
• Contribute to brand management and oversee social media strategy and execution
• Identify and manage funding programs and grant opportunities, including applications and reporting
• Develop and implement operational policies and best practices
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and innovative workplace culture
Qualifications
• Proven experience in operational management
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in budgeting and financial oversight
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
• Experience in the tech industry or a creative studio is a plus
• Experience with sales support, brand management, or funding program management is highly valued
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
