Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Document/Customer Communication Management (CCM) Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in XML data structures and JavaScript for effective dynamic content handling. A collaborative approach and strong attention to detail are essential to ensure optimal configuration and lifecycle management of communication templates.
Main Responsibilities:
* Configure rules, logic, and layout using GUI and JavaScript within the Thunderhead/Smart Communications platform.
* Collaborate effectively with Batch Integrations to ensure XML structures and transformation logic meet project requirements.
* Implement template lifecycle management, ensuring adherence to CCM best practices.
* Contribute to Agile development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Maintain high standards in formatting and logic rules, especially under deadline pressures.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience with Thunderhead/Smart Communications, including Business Content Studio, Business Object Studio, and Admin. or other similar CCM Tool.
* Strong knowledge of XML data structures and transformation logic.
* Proficiency in JavaScript for dynamic content handling.
* Experience with Agile development methodologies.
* Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with or willingness to learn Papyrus Designer and its DOCDEF language.
* Familiarity with Customer Communication Management (CCM) concepts.
