Responsibilities
As F&B Manager (Outlets Manager), you will act as deputy to the F&B Director and take ownership of the daily operation of all Food & Beverage outlets.
This highly hands-on role includes responsibility for service delivery, performance, staffing, and guest experience across multiple venues.
Maintain a strong floor presence, support Floor Managers and Supervisors, and ensure standards, productivity, and brand experience are consistently delivered.
Play a key role in recruitment, training, labour planning, payroll control, and operational compliance.
Fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring a confident operator who can lead from the front, thrive under pressure, and be highly visible across service, events, and nightlife programming.
Qualifications
At least three years experience in a senior operational F&B or Restaurant Manager role, ideally within a lifestyle hotel or multi-outlet business.
Strong experience managing multiple venues, high volume service, and labour planning.
Pre-opening experience, events and nightlife exposure.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
