* Provide technical assistance to company users by responding to help requests, identifying issues, and offering effective solutions to resolve problems related to hardware, software, and networks
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computers, printers, servers, and other IT devices, ensuring their proper functioning and extending their lifespan
* Install/update operating systems and applications, ensuring compatibility and system performance optimization
* Manage the stock of IT consumables
* Manage the mobile phone fleet
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Technological Specialization Course and/or Degree in Computer Science
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
OTHER SKILLS
o Knowledge of IT Security and Communications
o Familiarity with Company Management Software – PHC (preferable)
o Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems (configuration)
