You'll be joining the Revenue Operations team within Revenue Growth, a small but highly collaborative group that sits at the heart of our commercial activity. The team supports sales by making sure processes, systems, and coordination run smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll work closely with sales teams, finance, HR, legal, and operational colleagues, alongside a designer and sound engineer who help bring campaigns to life. We value teamwork, trust, and people who are happy to roll up their sleeves and help make things work.

In this role, you'll be a key enabler of our commercial success. You'll help ensure sales teams have what they need, when they need it - from proposals and documentation to coordination across departments.
You'll keep things moving, spot issues early, and take ownership to resolve them. Your work will directly impact how efficiently our revenue teams operate and how smoothly campaigns move from sale to delivery.
Your role
As a Revenue Operations Assistant, you'll support the day-to-day running of commercial operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Supporting sales teams with proposals, documentation, and administrative processes
* Managing workflows from proposal stage through to purchase orders and payment
* Coordinating with internal teams to keep processes on track
* Maintaining accurate records within internal systems and databases
* Acting as a point of support when sales colleagues are unavailable
The skills you will bring
Essential:
* Experience in an administrative, operations, sales support, or customer service role
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* A proactive, hands-on mindset and confidence dealing with stakeholders
* A service-oriented and positive attitude
Nice to have:
* Experience in a commercial, media, or operations environment
* Familiarity with CRM systems or internal business tools
Working pattern / location
Lisbon-based, hybrid working model (4 in office, 1 remote).
