We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager (Technology) to join a leading organization in the financial services industry.
This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality IT service delivery, aligning technology operations with business objectives, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT service management, experience working in regulated environments, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while ensuring service stability, performance, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end IT service delivery for critical technology services supporting financial operationsAct as the main point of contact between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendorsEnsure services meet agreed SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirementsManage incident, problem, change, and release processes in line with ITIL best practicesDrive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiencyMonitor service performance, risks, and dependencies in a regulated financial environmentCoordinate and oversee third-party service providers and outsourcing partnersPrepare and present service reports, dashboards, and executive-level updatesRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role in a technology environmentStrong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks (ITIL preferred)Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated industriesSolid understanding of infrastructure, applications, and cloud-based servicesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFluency in EnglishNice to HaveITIL certification (Foundation or higher)Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar)Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk, and compliance conceptsExperience working in hybrid or global teamsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work in a stable and innovative financial environmentHybrid working model in PortoCompetitive salary and benefits packageCareer growth and professional development opportunities
