Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Support & Service Desk Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to internal users, ensuring requests and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide IT support to internal users through phone, email or in-person interactions
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and user orientation
* Deploy and maintain hardware (laptops, smartphones) and perform operating system and Office upgrades
* Coordinate hardware maintenance and repairs, ensuring proper documentation and inventory integrity
* Collaborate with vendors for deliveries and on-site interventions
