Join a leading online platform and support German – speaking customers in their day-to-day use of the service. If you have at least one year of experience in customer support, enjoy helping people, and want to work in a friendly, international office environment, this role could be a great fit. As a Customer Support you will:
* Respond to customer questions via chat, email, and phone – clearly and kindly.
* Support German-speaking users with everyday tasks – such as logging in, connecting domains, or publishing a page.
* Help solve simple issues or escalate when needed – you'll never be alone; there's always a team to back you up.
* Collect user feedback and pass it on – your input helps make the platform better for everyone.
Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
* Base salary: 1283 € gross x 12 months (or 1100 € gross x 14 months) - you choose the payment scheme
* 180€ gross – project fixed bonus
* Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day (approx. €167,86/month) via meal card
* For a shift starting at 5:00, the company pays for Uber up to 25€ / day so you can commute and start on time

* Full-time fixed-term contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension (under Portuguese law), with NO Permanence Clause required
