University of Porto – Faculty of Engineering – Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering.
Appointment: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week.
Eligibility & Qualifications
PhD in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) recognized by a Portuguese institution.
Bachelor or Master in Civil Engineering.
Demonstrated scientific and pedagogical merit in Building Physics and Technology.
Provision of a scientific-pedagogical plan and a teaching program.
Proficiency in Portuguese (B1 or higher for foreign candidates).
Responsibilities
Conduct research and publish in the area of Building Physics and Technology; develop and deliver teaching programmes; supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students; contribute to the university's outreach and economic valorisation activities.
