About The Role


This is a temporary contract for 3 months, with an opportunity to be extended for 1 months.

Shifts will be Monday to Friday 09:30 – 18:00

This is a work from home role so the only commute you will need to worry about is getting to your home desk.

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Admin Support Agent to join the team to support our partner, CleverCards, during their busy season from October through January. This is a vital role that will facilitate optimal productivity by supporting both Client and Otonomee operations on a day to day basis.

This position requires a strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Admin Support Agent play a critical role in taking action on key administrative tasks on behalf of our partner and assisting with with ad-hoc requests as needed.

The ideal candidate will thrive when helping people and problem solving, applicants should also enjoy a collaborative remote environment.

* When explicitly requested by the Client, actioning requests using the Clients own systems.
* Gathering/Generating report data as required.
* Utilise various tools and databases to conduct background checks and verify customer information.
* Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Carry out any other duties requested by the line manager in relation to the role.
* Continuously reviewing opportunities to streamline processes and implement any process or system changes that will drive efficiencies and improve Customer experience.
* Ad-hoc requests/duties as required to support the Client operations teams.


Your profile

* Detail-oriented, strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
* Knowledge of payment ecosystems and/or experience in AML/KYC is a big advantage.
* Self-motivated, analytical thinker with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* You have a growth mindset and are a proactive, self-motivated individual
* You are proven to be organised, methodical and rigorous
* You have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify key issues and provide effective solutions
* You are a team player able to develop great relations with internal and Client teams
