Responsibilities
* Facilitate Scrum events and remove impediments across multiple multidisciplinary teams.
* Support the Product Owner in backlog management and ensure metric transparency.
* Mentor teams toward high performance and drive continuous improvement.
* Coordinate agile scalability across different squads.
Essential Requirements
* 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex environments (SW + HW).
* PSM II or CSM certification (mandatory).
* C2 fluency in Portuguese and English.
* Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of Scaling Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
* Advanced certifications (PSM III or CSP).

* Location: Caldas da Rainha / Leiria, Portugal.
