Palex Portugal, a leading company in the management and distribution of innovative hospital and research solutions, is recruiting aKey Account Manager.

* Establishes and maintains relationships with customer´s management structure;
* Applies the business strategy defined for each business line;
* Focuses the actions on Value Selling, knowing our product specifications and its impact on our customer health economics;
* Maintains a current and in-depth knowledge of all products in the range;
* Assures the compliance of the agreements and service levels with customers;
* Articulates the Company’s resources (specialists, product managers, technical support) for specific projects and problem resolution;
* Provide troubleshooting support to customers on request and prepare and perform comercial and clinical/technical presentations upon request;
* Build strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers, especially clinical customers including Key Opinion Leaders;
* Attend regional and national meetings if/when requested to.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (preferably degree Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering or similars);
* 3 years’ experience in a clinical or sales healthcare environment; selling or supporting products in healthcare industry;
* Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device industry, with a focus on ultrasound products.
* Strong understanding of the medical device market, including medical industry trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
* Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
