Through family-friendly lodging and a cutting-edge education system that follows the children wherever they go, Boundless brings together a community of like-minded families who want to explore the planet while working remotely and having a positive impact on their lives and the world.

Since we were founded in 2021, we have quickly grown to 7 locations across three continents and more than 180 team members of different nationalities.

We're continuing to grow at a fast pace. This year alone we're opening 2 new locations, and have ambitious goals to empower people to have more fulfilling lives by designing a lifestyle enabling balance, growth and deeper connections with ourselves, our families, nature and the world.

The role

We're looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our affiliate and brand partnership programs, manage our network of partners, and develop valuable perks for our Boundless families.

This role suits someone confident, proactive, and experienced in affiliate marketing, outbound partnerships, and relationship management. Experience in the travel, lifestyle, or education sectors is highly valued. You will be responsible for scaling our affiliate channel, managing and nurturing key partner relationships, and building collaborations that strengthen our brand and deliver meaningful benefits to our community.

Key Responsibilities


1. Scale the Boundless Affiliate Program

* Grow Boundless Life's affiliate and referral partner channels to increase reach, leads, and MQL conversions.
* Develop and execute outreach campaigns to attract high-quality affiliates, influencers, and brand partners.
* Manage effective tracking, reporting, and incentive systems to optimise results.
* Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment on messaging, assets, and campaign materials.


2. Manage and Grow Partner Relationships

* Oversee and support our portfolio of existing partners and affiliates, ensuring clear communication and mutual value.
* Build and maintain a structured database of partners and potential collaborators using CRM or automation tools.
* Identify new partnership opportunities across travel, lifestyle, education, sustainability, and well-being sectors.
* Lead negotiations, manage agreements, and coordinate ongoing activities with each partner.


3. Develop and Curate the Boundless Perk Library

* Secure and maintain valuable perks and benefits that enhance the Boundless experience for our families.
* Curate offers and promotions from aligned brands that reflect our core values of Family, Growth, Connectivity, Well-being, and Impact.
* Collaborate with content and design teams to showcase partner stories and offers through newsletters, blogs, and social content.

About you

* At least 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership development, or brand collaborations, ideally within travel, lifestyle, or hospitality.
* Proven ability to grow and manage affiliate programs and partnership pipelines.
* Strong experience in outbound lead generation, partner sourcing, and negotiation.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Comfortable using CRM and lead automation tools such as GetAmbassador, Impact, AWindow, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Notion, or Airtable.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, report, and improve performance.
* Passionate about family, travel, and community-led experiences.

4. Final Interview with Chief Revenue Officer (60 min)
