Responsible for managing day-to-day new Equipment Project Management operations from order intake (OI) to project closing (CPA), including on-site activities. Ensure deliverables are achieved within the expected costs and meet stakeholder satisfaction.
Your Mission:
1. Accountable for S-Q-C-D project deliverables for assigned new Equipment Projects:
o (S) H&SE - Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met. Develop H&SE plan before project start.
o (Q) Quality - Deliverables meet defined specifications; project scope and specifications are clear.
o (C) Cost - Complete project deliverables, including on-site activities, within the baselined budget.
o (D) Delivery - Complete deliverables within scheduled timelines.
2. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, corporate values, governance, and processes.
3. Implement risk assessments and response plans for critical projects; drive risk management and mitigation.
4. Manage, support, and coach the assigned team, fostering competency development and utilization; eliminate roadblocks.
5. Support scope change management without impacting objectives; resolve conflicts.
6. Provide regular and timely reporting to stakeholders; escalate technical issues via follow-up calls with Global Product Support.
7. Maintain and update project systems such as SAP milestones, AMP, SINCRO, and PM tools.
Your Profile:
* Master's Degree or equivalent.
* PMI Certification is a plus.
* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
Required experience and skills:
* At least 5 years of proven project management experience in capital projects.
* Experience in the beverage industry is advantageous.
* Knowledge of Sidel portfolio and system design is a plus.
* Understanding of installation and commissioning challenges and scope.
