Main Responsibilities:

* Fix IT issues according to standard operating procedures
* Document all cases and communicate with the process trainers and management team as needed
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A good level of proficiency in Spanish (C1), Portuguese (C1), and English (B2)
* Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
* Analytical thinking and self-starter skills
* Good interaction skills and a collaborative approach
