Role: UX/UI Designer
Location: Hybrid, Lisbon (2x/week onsite)
Required skills:
Around 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
Strong experience designing end-to-end user interfaces and experiences
Proficiency in wireframes, prototypes, and responsive UI design using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Strong knowledge of information architecture and intuitive navigation
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Experience working with design systems and reusable components
Ability to perform design handoff to development (basic HTML/CSS knowledge)
Experience working in Agile environments with product and development teams
Ability to document design decisions and validate solutions with stakeholders
Soft skills:
Strong user-centric mindset and visual storytelling skills
Clear communication and expectation management
Ability to iterate designs based on feedback and data
