Job Summary:
As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content on a leading streaming service platform. Your role will involve identifying and addressing potential fraud, copyright infringement, and other policy violations while ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and process incoming legal requests (e.g., privacy claims, defamation, fraud, falsification).
2. Moderate written content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
3. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while processing content.
4. Stay up to date with platform policies and content standards.
5. Meet defined KPIs, including response time, accuracy, and quality assurance measures.
Requirements:
6. No prior experience required (maximum of 12 months in content moderation preferred).
7. Fluent in German (mandatory) and B2 level in English
8. Basic understanding of KPIs, including FCR, SLA, and CSAT.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:
12. Monday to Friday, 9 AM 6 PM (on-site role).
