We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
1. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
2. Troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively using knowledge of automotive and digital products.
3. Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
4. Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
5. Staying up-to-date on client offers, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate information.
Requirements:
* Fluent German language skills (C2 level)
* Proficient English language skills (B2 level)
* Previous experience in customer support is preferred
