Profile description:
We are looking for a
motivated
Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following
requirements
:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering / Management, or a related field;
* Minimum 6 years' experience as a Project Manager in the automotive / aerospace sector, managing complex projects;
* Experience working in Tier 1's;
* Demonstrated expertise in managing customer requirements, internal requirements, design in accordance with requirements, management and industrialization of tools, and assembly lines, product validation and customer approval;
* Experience with project planning, program, budget management, cost control, and resource allocation;
* Experience with LEANPD, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies;
* Demonstrated ability to evaluate projects, programs, and business cases;
* Fluency in English (oral and written);
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams;
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving project goals;
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
