Job Description
Senior Data Scientist
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in developing and refining machine learning models, building robust deployment pipelines, and collaborating with talented colleagues across the organization to deliver impactful solutions in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Your missions
* Contribute to the development, optimization, and deployment of machine learning models and pipelines.
* Build and maintain CI/CD processes for model training and deployment.
* Perform statistical analysis and data processing using Python and related technologies.
* Participate in the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of large-scale datasets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and provide data-driven insights.
* Enhance and improve AI algorithms and systems to ensure reliability and scalability.
* Document findings, experiments, and best practices, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science and AI research.
Your profile
* Academic background: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
* English language: Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
* Tools / software: Proficiency in Python for data science and machine learning (e.g., pandas, numpy, seaborn, matplotlib); experience with OpenAI, HuggingFace, PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, Flask and/or FastAPI; proficiency in Docker, SQL and NoSQL databases, and CI/CD processes.
* AI/OpenAI experience: Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity.
* Soft skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; excellent communication and teamwork abilities; eagerness to take on challenging tasks.
