Role Overview
We're seeking a Key Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships and oversee delivery of MES projects. You'll manage commercial offers, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure client satisfaction from planning to Go-Live.
Responsibilities
* Manage key accounts within assigned accounts.
* Lead commercial proposals and billing milestones.
* Coordinate sales and project phases.
* Participate in governance and risk management.
* Ensure smooth communication between clients and delivery teams.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' Experience in enterprise sales or account management.
* Knowledge of MES/MOM systems and/or industrial IT.
* Strong communication and sales coordination skills.
* Fluent in English; French is a plus.
