We are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team in Porto.Client Details Our client is a multinational asset management company working on the implementation of a new hub in Porto.Client relationsDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, understanding their needs;
Act as the main point ofcontact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise;
Analyse client financialneeds and objectives to recommend tailored financial solutions, products, and services;
Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategies that enhance client engagement and service delivery;
Run regular service review meetings and/or conference calls with the client and internal departments;
Advise clients on sustainability and ESG best practices, helping them to integrate these principles into their operations and strategies;
Attend board meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure accurate documentation of discussions and decisions.Operations coordinatorEstablish clear and consistent communication channels between client relations and operations teams;
Act as a central point of contact between different departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve organizational goals;
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of new projects (e.G. launch of new funds, liquidation, migration, etc.);
Communicate project and service updates to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members;
Develop and implement effective cross-selling strategies to introduce new services to clients;
Conduct regular consultations with clients to assess their current use of services and identify potential gaps that new services can fill;
Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings;
ProfileUniversity degreein Finance.5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a ManCo/AIFM, asset manager, or Big 4 advisory.Strong understanding of Luxembourg regulatory framework (e.G. AIFMD, UCITS, CSSF Circular ******).
Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, in a dynamic and regulated environment.Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.Fluency in English and French.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Experience with CRM software.Job Offer A great opportunity for career growth.
