We are seeking an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to oversee the financial and administrative functions of the local entity.
Your responsibilities include financial planning, reporting, regulatory compliance, HR administration, and coordinating with external accounting and payroll service providers.
You will collaborate closely with the Operations & Services Manager, who manages the operational team and customer-facing functions, to ensure smooth daily operations.
You will report to the General Manager based in Belgium.
This role is vital for operational efficiency and strategic alignment within the group.
