Prospecting and analysing the luxury real estate market; Property sourcing, mediation, and sale/rental of high-end properties; Expanding the client and partner network (sellers and buyers); Managing the entire sales process, from listing to closing; Conducting Comparative Market Analysis; Organising and carrying out property viewings; Advising sellers and buyers throughout the whole process; Building strong relationships with empathy, support, and professionalism.
