Come and work with us.

We are looking for a talented and accomplished Learning Specialist to join our team to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing, updating, and conducting training programs that will boost employees' workplace performance in alignment with Foundever’s core values.

As a Learning Specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Creating learning experiences that equip new and long-term associates to excel in their work environments through expert classroom instruction, on-floor mentoring, and one-to-one skills coaching.
2. Modifying and presenting training programs for representatives/agents.
3. Tracking and analyzing training programs by examining agent performance.
4. Recommending changes to training programs.
5. Conducting training programs for representatives/agents and first-line supervisors on new products/services, selling skills, and system changes.
6. Participating in identifying program needs, obtaining technical data, and scheduling programs.
7. Maintaining training records.

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

* Native or proficient level of English (mandatory)
* Strong facilitation, problem-solving, research, and decision-making skills.
* Solid understanding and use of computer basics (Internet, e-mail, MS Office).
* Organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to manage challenging trainees and customers while remaining in control.
* Good judgment and ability to express thoughts clearly and simply.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule.
* Ability in designing, developing, and delivering training material.
* Ability to carry out Training Needs Analysis.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Visual design skills and ability to storyboard.
* Proficient level of PowerPoint and Excel.
* Critical thinking skills.
* Ability to learn quickly on the job.
* Availability to work from our Lisbon Site in Sete Rios.
* Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
* Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.

Education and experience:

* College degree in Education, HR, or a directly related field (preferable).
* Experience as a Trainer/Learning Specialist in BPO.
* At least 2 years of customer service or technical support experience coaching and mentoring other associates, preferably in a complex, fast-paced contact center environment.

Specific Requirements (when necessary):

* Availability to travel.
* Out-of-hours support.
