Technical Support Specialist
Decskill is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical and functional support to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing monitoring systems, supervising the application's technical and functional components, and orchestrating the various releases of the application's components.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical and functional support to RISK Systems Portugal
* Implement monitoring and supervise the application's technical and functional components
* Orchestrate and manage the various releases of the application's components
Requirements:
* Experience with Unix/Linux Systems
* Experience with Shell/Python Scripting
* Experience with Dev Ops (Ansible, Teamcity, Jenkins, Kubernetes)
* Experience with DB modeling, architecture, and SQL
* Knowledge of Java
* Ability to collaborate/teamwork
* Attention to detail/rigor
* Ability to synthesize/simplify
* Proactivity
* Critical thinking
* Good level of English
