Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our event production team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
* Assist with venue communication, liaising with venues to negotiate contracts and secure bookings.
* Collaborate with the event production team to gather venue requirements and ensure all event needs are met.
* Assist with event planning and coordination, including vendor management and logistics.
* Support HR functions, such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably in the event production industry.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and vendors.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
