We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations of a resort with multiple dining outlets. This role is ideal for a strong culinary leader who combines operational excellence with financial awareness and enjoys working in a dynamic hospitality environment. It is also a great opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef who is ready to take the next step into their first Head Chef position.
The Head Chef will oversee the kitchen operations and food production across three restaurants, ensuring high quality, efficient processes, and consistent guest satisfaction within an all-inclusive resort concept.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage kitchen production the restaurants:
* Oversee a kitchen team of up to 70+ staff during peak season
* Ensure smooth daily operations and production planning
* Maintain strong food cost control while protecting guest satisfaction
* Monitor quality standards, hygiene procedures, and service consistency
* Collaborate with management to achieve operational and financial goals
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience as Sous chef or Head Chef in a resort environment
* All-inclusive resort experience is essential
* Strong understanding of food cost control, budgeting, and kitchen productivity
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Highly organized, with strong numerical and operational awareness
* Comfortable working in a seasonal hospitality environment
* Flexible and adaptable to operational demands
