As Project Controls Manager, you'll set up and maintain robust controls from project launch to closure, ensuring every milestone is met on time and within budget. How You'll Make an Impact
1. Lead project controls for major construction projects, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy standards and sustainability guidelines.
2. Support budgeting, resource allocation, and financial tracking through effective project controls to ensure accurate reporting and cost management.
3. Identify and manage project risks, participate in risk workshops, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
4. Prepare and present regular status reports, maintaining up-to-date project data and supporting finance teams.
5. Collaborate with the Digital Acceleration team to implement digital tools for dashboard reporting and process optimization.
6. Beyond these core responsibilities, you'll also drive continuous improvement, share best practices across teams, and support compliance and sustainability initiatives to maximize project value and impact.
What You Bring
7. 3–5 years' experience in project controls management for construction projects of industrial facilities, ideally in international and multicultural environments.
8. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in project controls, including risk management, schedule management, quality management, change management, and document management within industrial construction projects.
9. Proven ability to implement high-quality project controls processes.
10. Experience working in multinational, multicultural teams.
11. Master's degree or equivalent in construction engineering, civil engineering, MEP engineering, architecture, or a related field.
You'll need the technical expertise and leadership skills listed above to succeed in this role. Experience with digital project controls tools and process improvement will help you stand out. If travel is required, you'll be comfortable working across different locations. Advanced English proficiency is important for this role.
