Responsibilities: Leads and develops HRIS Team to ensure expert level customer service Monitors and improves HRIS AMS SLAs Serves as an escalation point for complex issues, resolves issues and manages enhancements Provides professional comprehensive functional support and HR process expertise for Oracle HCM solution Drives efficiencies and pursues continuous process improvements (Oracle HCM+integrations) Collaborates closely professionally with cross functional and geographical teams Cooperate with Knowledge manager on creation and maintenance of knowledge management content and training materials Identify and raise knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvements via Oracle Guided Learning Cooperate on educating and training our HR Key users community.
Requirements Experience of team leading Experience with Oracle HCM Good knowledge of HR processes Great analytical and data management skills Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to troubleshoot process and technical issues and implement solutions Fluency in English
