About the Role:
Join our multinational client's team in Porto as a Content Moderator or Customer Care Representative-no previous experience is required. You will help maintain safe, engaging online environments and provide excellent support to our users. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy problem-solving and working in a collaborative, multilingual environment.
Responsibilities:
* Review, monitor, and manage user-generated content.
* Respond to customer questions and provide solutions through email, chat, or other channels.
* Escalate issues when necessary and follow internal processes.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
* Work with colleagues to improve content moderation and customer support processes.
Requirements:
* Fluent in spoken and written German/French/Italian/Dutch/Spanish/Danish & English at B2-C1
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus but not required
* High school completion diploma
* Valid paperwork allowing employment in Portugal
