In this role, you will be a key player in providing exceptional service to German-speaking customers as they navigate their travel experiences.
Responsibilities
* Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to their bookings, travel plans, and accommodations.
* Provide expert guidance and support to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless experience.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
* Document customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining accurate records for quality control.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer engagement.
* Stay well-informed about current offers, travel information, and Booking.com services to provide accurate assistance.
Requirements
* Fluency in German (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
* Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
* Ability to manage challenging situations and effectively resolve customer queries.
* Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
* Open to relocating to Greece and embracing a new cultural experience.
