The role involvesoperational management, team leadership, and ensuring the quality of IT Infrastructure services, while maintaining service delivery metrics and client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesEnsure seamlessdelivery of Infrastructure Managed Services to clients, maintaining high service quality and reliability.Manageteam work assignments, commit resources to tasks, and oversee the quality and timeliness of deliverables.Monitor and controlservice delivery metrics, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service performance.Overseeteam financials, resource allocation, and alignment with operational targets.Lead and coordinate teams, supporting decision-making and resolving issues that may impact multiple teams or services.Foster collaboration within the team environment, encouraging the sharing of ideas and solutions.Maintainstrong client relationship s, understanding client needs and ensuring service delivery meets expectations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, operational processes, and client satisfaction.QualificationsExperience inIT infrastructure operationsand service delivery environments.Advanced proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.Knowledge ofserver operating systemssuch as Windows and/or Linux and virtualization technologies.Understanding ofcore IT infrastructure conceptsincluding hardware, servers, networking, operating systems, application servers, databases, and storage.Experienceanalyzing and resolving incidentsand problems in IT environments.Strong communication skills and experience leading or coordinating teams.Full professional fluency inPortuguese and English ; Spanish is a plus.High level of responsibility, commitment to service delivery, and client-oriented mindset.Nice to HaveExperience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow.Experience working in large-scale enterprise or managed services environments.Background in financial management related to service delivery operations.Spanish is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
