Esta posição faz parte do Engineering Product Quality (EPQ) – EPM2-ES Support for Heat Pump Development.HC-ES (Electric Solutions) trabalha para reduzir emissões de CO2 através de soluções de aquecimento, arrefecimento, água quente doméstica e ventilação, expandindo um portfólio sustentável de soluções elétricas.Resumo: apoiar as atividades de Engineering Product Quality (EPQ) ao longo do ciclo de vida do desenvolvimento de bombas de calor, assegurando produtos seguros, confiáveis e de alta qualidade, contribuindo para marcos de projeto com moderção de FMEA, métodos de confiabilidade e planeamento de testes, bem como suporte à qualidade em serial.
O papel foca-se em entregar produtos on time, on specification e com altos padrões de qualidade.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport preventive quality activities within heat pump development projects; Actively support development teams for air-to-water heat pumps; Coordinate samples and prepare testing activities across development phases; Support laboratory activities, including shipment of samples, test rig setup, and test preparation; Derive reliability requirements based on load profiles and use cases; Assemble test setups, create reliability and validation test plans, execute tests, and document results; Actively participate in the creation, review, and improvement of reliability test procedures; Support field monitoring and participate in quality problem-solving activities (e.G. 8D methodology); Present and communicate test results, findings, and recommendations to development teams and stakeholders.QualificationsEducation- Master's or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or a similar field.Technical SkillsSolid knowledge of mechanical construction, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and refrigeration systems; Knowledge of statistical methods, component design, reliability testing, and materials science and testing; Experience withproduct development projects in an engineering environment is valued; Background in refrigeration applications is considered a strong advantage; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Experience withlaboratory IT tools such as MATLAB and LabVIEW is valued.Personal SkillsGood written and verbal communication skills in English; Results-oriented and proactive attitude with strong critical thinking; Strong problem-solving mindset; Ability to workeffectively in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment.What We Offer YouChallenges in an international environmentCareer opportunities in one of the best companies in the worldFlexible hoursMedical servicesDiscounts for employeesSports and health related activitiesCanteenGood access to public transportsSpace for creativity#J-*****-Ljbffr
