Job Description:

The Product Owner will partner with stakeholders across admissions, student services, and IT to define clear requirements and user stories.
The role also involves guiding delivery teams on functionality spanning the student lifecycle from recruitment and enrolment to retention and alumni engagement.
Additionally, the Product Owner will ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and deliver measurable ROI.
Ultimately, the goal is to drive adoption and continuous improvement of Education Cloud across the institution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Product Owner with Salesforce
* Strong background in requirement gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement
* Experience in the education sector (student systems, admissions, campus operations) is a major plus
* Salesforce certifications desirable, especially in Education Cloud
* Fluent in English and Portuguese
