The Focus on People, Collaboration and Commitment are the pillars that guide us in this trajectory.Join the yellow team as our new Senior UX/UI Designer!Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end design initiatives, from discovery to delivery;Design and document flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma;Create and maintain design systems and component libraries;Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate decisions;Translate complex industrial use cases into simple and effective user experiences;Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure high-quality implementation;Mentor junior designers and help establish design best practices;Advocate for the user in product discussions and strategic decisions.Requirements: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in B2B or SaaS products;Strong command of Figma and experience building and managing design systems;A portfolio that shows a clear design process, thoughtful UX decisions, and clean UI;Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and applying insights;Ability to workcross-functionally and lead projects from concept to completion;A good grasp oftechnical constraints and how design impacts development;A curious mindset and drive to continuously improve the product and user experience;Fluency in English (written and spoken).Important Information: Hybrid work model: needs to work at the office 4 times per week in Leiria.
